This is quite strange configuration for my Germany paypal account, I only have a limited access and after inquiry with help center that I have request to complete to link my bank account ,but neither a credit card nor bank account the system always showing error. I am also trying to call the service No. but only speak Deutsche.......I just need to close my account and I have no any due payment, need your simple solution
