help with updating mailing address

When I try to delete my old address, I get this message "go to Wallet, unlink the address, and try again."

When I click on Wallet, nothing happens.

Hi, 

 

It means that the address you're trying to delete is still attached as a billing address to one of your active cards.

 

Before you can proceed with the deletion, you need to update the billing address on the card before you can delete it from your account.

Update a debit, credit or prepaid card

From your PayPal app, here's how to update your card information:

  1. Tap the Settings icon at the top right.
  2. Select Banks and Cards.
  3. Select the card that needs to be updated and tap Edit.

From your computer, here's how:

  1. Click Wallet at the top of the page.
  2. Click the card you wish to update.
  3. Click Edit.
  4. Fill in the updated information, and then click Save.

When in wallet I try to change my address and I get this mgs'We're sorry. We're not able to process your request right now. Please try again later."

 

Been like this for days

I'm seeing the same thing 

 

"We're sorry. We're not able to process your request right now. Please try again later."

 

Any resolutions here? I can't get customer support to even respond in chat and I can't find a number to call.

Hello

I had made my address change with my credit card company. But I guess it took a few days to trickle down for Paypal to see it.

I was since then able to do the update without getting the error msg.
