Has anyone had issues with the billing address different than the physical address? I am trying to convert movies from disc to digital through Vudu, and they require a physical address but I use my p.o. box for all my billing and credit cards. Does anyone know if the primary address on my paypal account must be the same and my biling address for my cards on paypal?
