I am a disabled person and i feel that there is not a lot o help on hand or disabled people and there dose not seem to e any understanding about disbley coming from the peolpe that work for Paypal I have a poor short term memory which means i can forget things like passwords etc and yet the leave of help and understanding for me or my disabey is not good coming from Paypal and i have not been given the kind of help that i would need to get into my acount which is a act of disrimation on the part of paypal towards me as a long term curmomer of these I hope ever one can read and understand what i am saying as my spilling is not very good
