help...I need to add an authorized user

I would like to add an authorized user with there own card and an access to the account. I don't see info anywhere on this.

Everyone has to have their own account under their name, no multiple authorized users to link their own card within one account, with account security as it is these days. 

At best you can manage multiple users with business accounts but that's for conducting business tasks and configuring different privileges for different users. Users can't add their own cards to the account.
