i have no cell phone. .never have never will .. i can no longer access my paypal account directly. i can no longer audit account for authorized use if i cant access it. They have always asked for a cellphone but i always had the option of remind me later. that option is now gone. I can no longer safely allow paypal to transact on my behalf if i do not have access to my account.
so i have 2 questions
1. Is it possible today going forward for people without a cell phone to use paypal
2. If the answer to 1 above is NO, is there a similar financial service to paypal that i can change over to?
note: this was only link on paypal page that didnt require a cellphone to use..
