i cant recover my account, i try to reset password i introduce email i get code by email and validate but still ask me another question to send a code by the phone number but i dont have anymore that number and question security i dont remember,i try to call but they said due to corona virus office closed...so how i m recover my account

Hi, Good afternoon. I apologise for the inconvenience, Is there a balance on your PayPal account that you can’t recover? If none, Please try to create a new PayPal account again or try to do self service password recovery after 24 hours.
