fund on hold /block on account

can some one please help i have sent paypal proof of bank account and address as asked so they unblock my account i look this evening and yet again they are asking for the same thing , i have mail them as well as phoned them today and on the phone they told me yes we got the proof of bank ..i dont understand what they are playing at...i have been advised  by the cab to go to the small claim court...

I am sorry to hear that you are having such issues resolving this. 

When we request documents a second time after you have sent them in it is generally because we are unable to accept the first documents you sent. It could be that the document you provided is not an acceptable proof of address or is out of date. It can also be if the document you sent is only a partial document, meaning you have only sent part of the document to us. I would recommend checking the documents you sent to ensure they are correct and valid.
