i wanted to sign up foe youtube tv and they do not accept prepaid cards but accept paypal. apparently my paypal account has limitations. i submitted the requested documents 2 weeks ago and still no resolution. i cant link another card i cant use paypal and i cant even close the stupid account. im so angry anbd frustrated. what do i do
You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation OR account specific issues. Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
