Hello there,
I have two accounts. Both of them are using one card. Unfortunately, I cannot log in to one of those accounts (i can't send email address of my account there). The system constantly asking me to reset the password, but at the same time forbids me to do this. I receive an error message:
failed, Sorry, we couldn’t confirm it’s you.
Could you please help me to restore access to my account and reset my password? I tried to call on your hotline, but the automated service advised me to reach you via this form.
I will be waiting for your answer.

I also have the same issue.
Changing the password through email verification is successful, but still get the error message that they could not make sure it is me.
I cannot even start a conversation with message center, it also requires a login.
