hello im txting because my bank account has already been verify & set to primary method of payment. so when i try buying shipping label it didnt let me and said this: Your payment for shipping cannot be processed because it exceeds your available balance. Please add a credit card or bank to your account for completing this label purchase. ERRORCODE-50023 & i dont understand why because my credit card has already been approve to my account ?
