Is it a card paypal accept?

Is the billing address of the card the same as your paypal account address?

Have you confirmed it with the 4 digit code.

Can't help with any links as you have not said what country you are in.

yes my card is paypal accepted it is a mastercard from payoneer.i have entered four digit pin as well.help most of your customers are facing same problem thats not only me

Also paypal does not support payoneer, you can add it sometimes but it won't work properly and paypal advise you against trying.
