Did you get a resolution to this problem? I have been trying for several days and nothing. I was texting now with their customer service and for no reason I was banned from texting them. Now it says Messages are no longer available and to try some other option. I really need to fix this. I cannot certify my charity even though I have submitted all the documentation required, etc.
I cannot sync Paypal with my website because I have not been cleared as a charity. Quite upsetting!
