email verification and checkout

HI,
I am using FastHosts with their sitebuilder website checkout and I keep getting a pop up saying my email needs to be verified in PayPal. I have confirmed it via the email so it is verified. Fasthosts have done all they can their end and say it is with PayPal. If my email is verified, then what else can I do? Ive enabled the checkout in seller preferences. Do I need to add API in 3rd party permissions?
