Can anyone tell me how to actually speak to a customer service agent without having to call please?
I opened my account years ago and never used it. Recently, i have started doing some online surveys etc and have a payout to the new email address i have been using for about 2 years.
During the past 2 years i also got a few emails from paypal on the new email address, but addressing another person. I did attempt to reply to say that it is not me.
Anyway, not i am trying to add that new email address to my profile, and paypal id saying that it is already in use! It is my email address and not the other person.
