email address is not removed

when i tried to remove other email id its showing :- "Sorry, there's a problem. If you keep seeing this, please contact customer service." please help me out

Your best bet is to do as advised and contact customer services.

There should be an email or live chat option if you go to the message centre in your paypal account.
