Hello , is there any way to downgrade account type from business to personal?. I applied for a business account not knowing it isn't what I need. I'm a freelancer and don't have a business. I received an email that my account had reached its limit. I emailed Paypal many times and they said they don't have enough staff prior to the covid19 situation. I really need to downgrade my account, closing it is not an option for me.:( From. Philippines
