i hit the wrong link now my paypal is a business account and i dont want to be a business account i dont have a business can you please help me

Same, i dont have any business, back then everytime i login, i get advertise to upgrade your account as business, you get some awsome features blah blah etc.

And now my account was limited and keep asking for Business documents.

Why paypal didnt ask for documents first before approving your account as Business?

i cant pay my bills, and my pre-order $4000 laptop, this feature is pain in the **bleep**.
already contact it on facebook 4-days ago, they say they wil get an specialist for this, still no reply.

There is no automatic way to downgrade a business account to a personal account, you have to contact customer services and they will do that for you.

Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.

Or have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their facebook or twitter pages.
It's: https://www.facebook.com/PayPal and @AskPayPal for Twitter.
OR
You could just close your business account (removing all subscriptions / financial info etc first) and open a personal one.
