Two possible options - you can close your account or contact (phone) customer service and tell them you would like to downgrade your business account to a personal account.

You would need to phone customer service to request a downgrade from your Business Account to Personal Account.   Although you can upgrade a Personal Account to Business Account yourself, it's not possible go the other way without going through customer service.

You would need to contact (phone works best) customer service for assistance - they can do the change for you - unfortunately this change is not something you can do yourself.
