double accounts

I must have 2 accounts. I have money sitting in an account that I can't find. I cant get ANY response from pay pal. How the heck do you actually communicate with them??? if your question isn't on their list, there is no way to contact tham

You would have used another email address so if you can remember which one you may have used then imput it and use the lost password option.

If thats not a possibility then.............

Click on the words "Help / Contact" at the bottom of paypals pages and use the phone option in the blue band at the top OR very bottom of page dependent on what country you are in. Scroll down past the list of help questions and click on 'Call us' bottom of that page. Log in and get the code.

have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
