deleting deactivated phone number from account.

trying to link bank account to PP account.

verification requires a text confirmation that is sent to a deactivated phone number. 

I am unable to delete the deactivated phone number from my PP account.

I am unable to finish linking my bank account to PP.

I cant talk to anyone from PP over the phone, constantly redirected to "self help" pages.

Try adding a correct phone first and verifying it before you remove the other one?
