deleted account

Hi, I have a problem: when I sign in my account it shows everything in Greek language. So I made a mistake and press one of the buttons which was "Delete my account". I receive an email when it says that I can restore it but I couldn't. I have tried 3 times to connect with Paypal telephone but no one answer it.

What can I do?

have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
