Change your password.
The way to contact PayPal is click Help & Contact at PayPal website. PayPal does not post a contact email address or phone number to keep out the scammers, pranksters and spammers.

Thank you! I feel bad if news came back to the real staff! Just called the correct number, Google provides a SPAM number as a contact. Don't use Google for that!
