debt card issue

I tried to add my dept card 
and it all goes well until it asks for the code that I should find in my bank account transactions and I find it and enter it, but it says that the code is wrong it gave me 3 tries then it stopped showing my added card
can you please help?

or at least PAYPAL give me back the money they charged?

Any unused codes/funds time out and are returned by paypal 30 days after sending, however that may vary country to country.

May take longer once refunded for your card issuer to credit it back to your card balance.

Can you link a debit card in your country or does it have to be a credit card? Not all cards are accepted.

Check the billing address of the card matches the paypal account address.
