last year i create an account on paypal that i deleted the next day because it wasnt nessery service for me this period i remove my credit card and deleted the account back then i have the emails too. Today 22/2/2021 i try to make a new account on paypal i try to confirm my credit card again on my new account but it said that it alredy exist on another. i have the email a year ago that tells me that i remove the credit card from last account and the emails which says that i delete the previous account too please help me it will be appreciated
