close my paypal account , change residance location

Hello i was in another country and i open a pay pal account there i just move to another country and i close all my bank account in first country and i close my mobile sim card contract i move to another country and i find it out papal dose not support this news country so how can i close my account its need mobile verification i close my mobile sim card contract in that country so i don't have access to that sim card number also how can i get my money back i have money in my pay pal balance pay pal dose not support this country there is no number for calling pay pal company and there is no any ticket system is there anyone can help me
