i had a dispute about a transaction and since paypal is completely useless they did absolutely nothing but said they were “investigating”. it’s been 2 months and in the meantime i resolved it directly with my credit card company. however it looks like paypal is still “investigating” so it seems i can’t close. how to get around this? i am very angry with paypal and want to purge my information completely from their systems and close my account right away. how can this be accomplished with a company that seems to have no employees, that doesn’t respond to text inquiries, and has no website option to stop or alter disputes? how to exit a relationship with a ghost company like paypal?
