I have changed my primary mobile contact. I am trying to add a new bank account and to verify this I am told that I will receive a text of call to my old mobile, not the new one. How can I get text/call verifications sent to the correct mobile number? (I've tried removing the old number but I'm just told it can't be done and come back later.)
