changing my phone number

Hello,

I am not able to change my previous phone number which i don't have it anymore. But it is still in my PayPal account . However, whenever I want to change the phone information on the website with my new number it sends a code to my old number. Is there another way to solve this problem?

Contact customer service: for assistance

Log on, click HELP on top menu, scroll down to click CONTACT US, and then scroll down to click CALL US.

Your solution would be great except for the fact that after you click HELP on top menu, scroll down to click CONTACT US, there is no CALL US.

I called Customer service and they can't change it without having access to old number...Which has been gone for almost a year.
