changing account data

Hello. I have a huge problem with my Paypal account, and technical support is doing NOTHING despite my efforts trying to communicate with them.

Several issues:

 

no 1- I opened my account in Thailand and my App on my phone is in Thai language and I cannot change it as I don´t understand thai alphabet

 

no2- I have moved back to Spain and I am trying to change my phone number back to a Spanish one, but on my App I can´t (as above), and on my laptop the link on the "profile settings" does not work (I tried several occasions)

 

no3- I am not able to contact the support system as the links they provide never go anywhere, does anyone have an email for contacting them or phone number? I am desperate as I want to get payments but I need to change phone AND bank account to my Spanish ones.

 

Hope someone can help please! My money is stuck there!

Paypal is country specific so if you move countries you have to open another paypal account in the country you reside in and add an address / phone number / bank accounts / cards from within that country.

You should really withdraw any funds / resolve issues / remove cards and bank accounts before you move countries. If you don't then you may have problems doing so once you have moved and may need to contact customer services for help to resolve things.
