ive ordered something from home depot online using paypal. An incorrect shipping address was used due to a cookie. the wrong address was noticed 45 minutes after placing the order. Home depot cannot cancel the order and requires me to return the item after receipt. ummmm. i cant receive ot if the shipping address is wrong.
