change phone number for notifications

I have changed confirmation numbers to a mobile number, however, the old landline number is still stuck in my profile in a place where i don't have access. How or who do i need to contact to fix change from a landline number to a cell number. it's obvious i can't received text messages to my landline.

Same problem here, can't link a new back account because PP wants to verify using an old number that's been deleted.

I am sorry about your issue. Have you removed your old landline number? If not, here's how to remove your phone number:

1. Go to your account and log in to your account.
2. Click the Settings icon at the top of the page.
3. Click Remove beside the phone number in question.

Try from your laptop or from the desktop version of your mobile.
