Hello, I'm having a problem linking my Gcash to Paypal. The error says my name account didn't match.
I immediately check and here's what I found out:
Paypal account: first name, middle name, surname, suffix(Jr) "with dot"
Gcash account: first name, suffix "without dot", middle name, surname
What I did was I changed my name here in Paypal, I simply remove the dot.
This doesn't fix the issue, obviously because I didn't move my suffix next to my first name.
Now I'm trying to edit it again, but unfortunately the option "edit minor changes" doesn't appear anymore.
How I'm going to edit it?
I did upload two documents and wait for the next day and still, I can't edit, the option I clicked before is nowhere to be found.
When I'm going to wait? or How I'm going to edit it?
My only goal is to move the suffix(Jr) next to my first name.
