I am trying to verify my information and my phone number has changed. I can't access my account to update my profile.

Otherwise, contact PayPal customer service for assistance:

1. Log on.
2. Click HELP at the top menu.
3. Scroll down and click CONTACT US.
4. Scroll down to click CALL US or other contact options.

Call early, during business hours, west coast time to try to get a US rep.  Please be patient as due to Cover-19, staff has been reduced and response times are longer.

Hi, I had the same issue, I tried everything I read on the net. I switched search engine to Bing. I tried logging in on Bing, reset my password, then logged back in and it worked for me.
