hello everyone.. so i have moved since i had gotten my paypal card (yes i already have it/received it).., and now i am trying to change/update my primary mailing/billing address and it's not allowing me to.. i can add an address but it won't let me set it to the primary one.. i am trying to make a purchase online and it needs the billing address.. of course that's not a problem but i've put in both of the addresses and it's telling me there's an error and the information doesn't not match that on file..! can someone please help me..!
