For 2 years i have been trying to change my email address . I am unable to contact paypal as i just go round in circles . I put the new address on my account but i cannot make it my primary address until i have confirmed it . I click the confirm icon and get the email but when i click on confirm i get a message oops something went wrong our end please contact paypal . 2 bloody years ??!!!! Only contact on that old address is paypal and i want to delete it
