card deleted the account

Hello, I have a problem when registering a visa card. I registered the wrong email and entered the card, and later I deleted the account. now it asks me to delete the card but I no longer have access to that account on paypal.

It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
