i recently made my own paypal, and have attempted numerous times to connect my debit card, however, it keeps saying that i've connected it to another account!! i previously attempted to connect mine to a friend's (with their permission) however because they had been away they couldnt verify it via the letter sent to their address. so, i assumed that it hadn't worked, as my card wasn't listed on their account. to confirm this, i even added my card again then deleted to confirm 100% that it's no longer connected. then, deleted the account which they allowed as they never used it. yet it still says my card is on another account and its driving me mad!!!! how do i resolve this???
