cant update date of birth

 Hello i cant update my date of birh i write yyyy/mm/dd and i click save and submit and loading animation just keeps spinning . i am  getting the message 

Some of your account information is missing. If we don't receive the information by 27 Jan 2019, you won't be able to receive money in your account.

Seems to be an ongoing paypal glitch that lots of users are experiencing.
Your only option is to phone customer services and see if they will add it manually for you.
