Don't forget payments are not instant, paypal credits the seller and then paypal waits for the funds to transfer.
Funds may leave a bank account from a few hours up to a few days post payment but it still does not mean paypal have the funds yet as they go via ACH in batches.
If its not that then check here........
Check if you had a subscription set up...
Click on the profile tab (icon next to log out) > Click on payments third option along on the thick blue band top of page > "manage pre-approved payments''.
