cant close account

Everytime i try to close my account an error shows up that says "Sorry, there's a problem. If you keep seeing this, please contact customer service." I have an error with my account, but i dont think that has something to do with it. please help

Your best bet is to contact customer services as advised. Click help/contact bottom left paypal pages for options available for your country.
