I have been trying to submit documents for account verification for a couple months now. every time I open the link to submit documents it tells me cannot open this link. but I keep getting an error notification that my identity cannot be verified.
I have been trying to message PayPal directly over the last two days and every time I submit a question or concern the page closes the conversation. so I can't see any way to actually submit these documents.
can anyone help? I used to be able to call PayPal for support. is that off the table now? what are the next steps?
