cannot link my PayPal to eBay, get this message"Your PayPal account must be in good standing in order to link it to your eBay account. Please log in to your PayPal account to see how you can bring your account into good standing".

how can solve it please

I'm sorry to hear of the trouble. It sounds like you might have a limitation on your PayPal account. Please log into your PayPal account and go to the Resolution Center on your account. If you have a limitation, it will be noted there with details about the limitation and steps you'd need to complete to work towards resolving the limitation.
