i had create my account in 2015 and not using it at all. now i want to close my account but this message appear :
Sorry, there's a problem. If you keep seeing this, please contact customer service. "
are the solution for this were to call the CS ? i don't find any CS email.

Click on the words "Help / Contact" at the bottom of paypals pages and use the phone option in the blue band at the top OR very bottom of page dependent on what country you are in. Scroll down past the list of help questions and click on 'Call us' bottom of that page. Log in and get the code.

This error message is typically received if the account is limited. Have you checked your account's Resolution Center to confirm if there are any issues needing your attention? If the account isn't in good standing, I'm afraid that you wouldn't have the ability to close it.
