cannot access PayPal accout because of lost Authenticator app

I had to create second accout just to access this community forum. I tried to click, every single possible thing on "Help" page, it all ends up with asking me to login, I tried to reset password, stills asks for 6 digit code from my Google authenticator app in my broken old phone....

 

Tried to write them on FB, not possible always same robot answer, tried to call them, never redirects me to human.. this is such a terrible experience. On my first "locked" account is even some cash that I would like to transfer back.. I simply cannot contact them absolutely by no way! there is not even anything about "2 step verification or authenticator" in help or resolution center.

 

Please help me someone to get in my acc, bypass that 2 step, or disable it.. I want to transfer my cash back. Thanksss

Going trough the same problem!

But I'm lucky not having any money there. 

This is absolutely not acceptable customer service.
