can't login... can't receive verification code

I use Paypal for a long time. I never had a problem with login. I always receive the verification sms. But since sunday i can't receive sms. I tried to login, I can change my password with e-mail, with creditcard etc. But in the end the page drop me onto homepage and I need to login again. To login need again a verification code. I can't login to turn off the verification, I can't buy anything, cause to buyin need a verification code too.

I use now another paypal, cause I need to login when I would like to ask help. I tried to calling US HelpCenter, Germany Helpcenter too, I waited 15 min, I can't talk with nobody.

have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
