can't log in

Been having log in problems since last year. Earlier this year a rep helped me and I put in a new password. Then it started happening again. PP kept asking me to add a phone. They already have 2 numbers for me so why do they want another? Now I am locked out again and am being asked to add a phone number. Apparently one thing I noticed (PP surely does NOT explain what it sees as wrong) is that my phone is registered to Dr [last name] and not my first and last name. PP already said they've verified me and my phone so I don't get it. Now I cannot get into my PP account to send a message to the reps to ask for help!
