can't link my bank account

Re: Sorry, we are not able to process your request. Please try again later I got the same error. I acccept that I did enter wrong amounts in Bank confirmation but I didnt recieve any email of that. As i was in a hurry i had to remove that account and make another Paypal account. But now when i try to link the same bank account, I get the above error. Please help me with it. Thanks

If you entered the wrong code x3 times then you can no longer confirm your bank account that way.
You would need to wait until the phones are up and running again and then ask customer services to add it for you.
They would probably request that you upload a copy of your bank statement to prove ownership of the bank account as you couldn't manage the code method.

Paypal phones are mostly non operational since covid but sometimes you get lucky.
If there is one available it will show when you click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available in your country.
Live chat is randomly available.
You can send them a message.
Or have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
