today I received an email says that someone changed the password and the email and the number i tried to reset my password but when I put my email It says it doesn't exist please help me the account have 5 dollars on it I know that's a small money but I need it and I have the pdf file of a transaction I made earlier that proves I own this account and it does exist
You need to contact customer services to resolve any account issues. Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
