can't confirm my mobile number

Helo, i'm in kazakhstan, everytime when i try to confirm my mobile number, the systems are trying to send an SMS to a wrong number, because of wrong format. The system is trying to add "8" digit to my number so the SMS is not coming. Please change the phone format to let the SMS go.

These qotaqpastar has frosen my money too!
I need to upload different documents to resolve these issues, but the system reject it.
My money stucked!!!

seems your issue is not about mobile confirmation 🙂

I have absolutely the same issue. Can't confirm my mobile phone number. My phone simply doesn't receive any SMS.
Furthermore I can't confirm my bank card and as a result, I can't do anything with my money...
